MERRY-GO-ROUND: christmas time and i'm a schmuck who don't have proper vocab in the middle of the night. i feel like a louse.

2007 is fast approaching an end. its already the 14th!
shiang's birthday is tomorrow. weee!!~

i don't see how the beginning of this post is related to the fast-approching end of 2007.
christmas, (the best holiday of the year! and i swear i'll kill anyone who says it isn't!) is just around the corner and i haven't gotten anyone any christmas gifts. yet.
i need a job. and money. $$$
so i can buy presents. ):

so, 2007 hasn't been all that eventful.
the only eventful thing i can remember at this time of the night is when i got together with shiang, again. (:
we were together once back in 2004. i was 15, he was 18.
a remove student and a smart one if he didn't get involved in whatever he got involved in that time.
we knew each other from a friend, andrea.
fast forward to the next month and we broke up.
i guess we didn't have anything in common that time.
he was too into his own stuff and i didn't like it.
and now? 2007 has bought me a changed man.
and i am happily thankful to have him this way.

rewind back to the days where i had much longer hair and a much more loveable cousin.

i miss my hair. the cousin i don't miss too much.
we have taken too many steps forward and in different paths and built a great distance between us that no bridge could ever be built for us to cross.
i miss my long hair. i want it back! :D

friends wise, i don't have many friends that have been in touch.
friends like some i knew and the others didn't stick around to see if i would make it in life, alive.
some of them even threw me to the lions.
those are the people i learnt that could never be relied.
even over the smallest things.
some are so uncivilised to the extent where they can treat us as though we're invisible even though we were sitting on the same table.
these people can only respond to one thing. which is, us, telling them to fuck off.
and unleash hell. because these people will make it harder for you.
to which i can only say for the last time, fuck off.
i don't need people like that in my life.
thank god for the friends i have now.

this year, i also returned to my old school for form6.
i don't know for sure if its the right choice.
and i just found out, from liyan's blog, that i have to complete my PP notes till chapter 3.
to be handed in when school restarts.
and honestly, i have no freaking idea when school is reopening!

i don't have much pictures from the past.
and i am certainly in no condition to have a blast from the past.
at least this year i have learnt many things that books can't teach.
i have learnt that people change when you give them time,
i have learnt that some friends aren't friends,
and i have definitely learnt how to choose my friends wisely.
the last bit is definitely a little embarassing because i should have known how to choose friends from a long time ago.

i don't know how to describe my year.
for one thing, my vocabulary is definitely taking a downturn because i can't think straight right now.
i hope that my 2008 will be a much more better year.
and also, i hope that i mange to start studying properly because, honestly, i can't remember a damn thing from school.

i watched 'i am legend' today.
not bad.
but when the darkseeker or i-think-they're-zombies made their first appearance,
i screamed a little and at least half of the popcorn flew out of the box and went straight into shiang's shirt. hehe.
