okay wait. i won't be 19 until i blow the candles or something. but it'll be my birthday. wee!!~
today is my last day for that
- they act as though we (promoters) live/exist to do their bidding or serve them. i mean, yeah, we get paid to serve them with a smile and just pretend like whatever insults they throw at us don't hurt our feelings. fuck you people. seriously. come on la. we are also consumers like you. we're just doing this as a part time job to earn extra money to spend on. but, in my defense, my pay is definitely worth being insulted at. RM120 for only 8 hours a day okay? how many places can you find that pays this much?so fuck you.
- those who take your drinks (if you're serving drinks la i mean) and say, ' not bad. quite nice' or whatever and then to their companion, 'i never liked this product before.' -__-'' what the fuck is wrong with you la?
- those who insult your product like mad by saying things like, 'yerr! so gassy! so sweet! not nice la!' and in my case, i was serving malta quench, and they give you that disgusted face, and say,'aiyerr! what is this? so not nice!' and then walk off in a huff. and then, then, comes back and takes another cup of it. -_- i refused to be bothered. iwon'tiwon'tiwon't.
- the ones who act as if they haven't eaten for days or weeks and comes running towards you and takes everything off your tray and then go, 'yerr. not nice wan. throw away la.' and it was still half a cup. and then they run off to another promoter who was giving away some samples. and then, (then!) they come running back to you for another helping. -_-'' hello. how many promoters do you see who gives you a full cup of something? as one consumer said (he made my day, sorta), 'wahh. you're very generous. other promoters give very little wan.'
- consumers who gush over your products, going,'wahh! very nice! very refreshing! blablabla' for a good half hour and then say, 'never mind la. don't want la.' wtf? you make me so happy because i thought you would buy it because its so nice and you don't buy a damn thing after gushing over it for so long? hello! i could have made other sales if you hadn't been wasting my time! wtf
- those who make faces at promoters as though it is the promoters' fault that the product does not meet their expectations. or up to their 'standards'. come on la. even if the product sucks, its not our fault la okay?
- those who think they're in a mamak stall by ordering the promoters to get them a sample of whatever they're serving. fuck you, i say.
- those who dump all their unwanted stuff on an empty booth when the promoter goes off to the toilet or throw rubbish. they get second thoughts about a product and then if they don't want it, they just dump it all onto the promoter's booth. and in some cases, causing problems for the promoter because she gets reprimanded for a messy booth. i had customers dumping their unwanted onions on my booth. leaving a whole lot of unnecessary mess behind. luckily no security or whoever walked by. so i was safe.
- consumers who complain about how horrible the product is for a very long time and repeats it several times and walks off and after 5 minutes, comes back to try it. and walks off again after complaining a little and comes back for another. -__- what the fuck is wrong with these people?
- those who just take the sample for the sake of taking and then throws it away after taking a sip. right in front of your face. and doesn't say a goddamn thing. and if you show them that you're shocked, they sneer at you, daring you to tell them off. wtf
- hello. didn't your parents teach you manners when you were young? what happened to all your please and thank yous? no manners ah? i tell you, they take the damn sample, and walks off. wtf very hard to say thanks ah? and the little children of today walks up to you, sticks their tiny hands out, demands a drink from you, and walks off. wtf parents never teach you ah? or maybe, they're trying to be like how their parents are. do you know how refreshing it is to see little kids say, 'thank you jiejie' after you give them a sample? that is how desperate i got just to see that manners still exist in this world. and luckily, there were kids who were so sweet. (: the more horrible type of children comes running towards you in a big bunch as though they're food-deprived (a result of abuse from their parents i guess. pffftt.) which makes you feel like dropping the tray and running for safety. and then, trying to act like their
stupidparents, they say, 'not nice.' -_________- - last but not least, those who look at your product like its rat poison or something. wtf la. don't like then don't see la, please. see your face also gives me a headache. i know, maybe its just curiousity. whatever la. everyone has different taste and likings. so it annoys the nuts out of me when one fella doesn't like it, it means that his/her companion shouldn't like it as well. wtf. you're her mother is it?
finally, i am done. phew. that's alot. okay. that one's out of my system already. now its the promoters.
the soya aunty has been getting on my nerves. just yesterday, she spent the better part of two hours bitching about my product, saying how too much of it is not good la, too cooling la, this la, that la to every single customer that tries my product. wtf. and then (then!) she comes up to me and says, 'carbonated drinks not good when you haven't eat hor? later after break i take one cup from you ah.' wtf. wasn't she just bitching about my product so happily just now? pffftt. and she wanted a full cup. ish. she either hates me or she hates her job. come on la. you're not that naive right? too much of something is not good for health la. same as your soya bean. stupid. when one customer takes my drink, she runs up to him and forces a cup of soya into his/her hand. -___- something wrong with her la i think. when one customer shows interest in my product, she goes up to him/her and says, 'this malta not too good for health la.' scaring away my customers only. sohai. hello. i don't like my job as much you don't. but we're doing it just to earn extra money so please la. back off. i repeat, back off!
today, my day didn't go as planned. hmm.. mom gave me money to buy a new top saying that topman has the one that i might like. but i didn't. sigh.. then off to forever21 and they had the colour i want just not the right length. and then to smart connexion. the colour's there, but not the right length. sigh.. and then i gave up. then i went to diva to check out the accesories. maybe there was one that's right for me and won't turn black after a few wears. and i saw the right one! long necklace, right size, not too thick not too thin, very pretty, with a butterfly as the pendant. BUT, it'll turn black after a few wears. sigh... and i thought it was only rm10. forgot to look at all 3 prices. you know how they have 3 prices, the singapore price, malaysian price and the indonesian price. and i saw the singapore one. it was only $10. damn sad. i was actually, so very close, to bringing it to the counter. and then i saw the malaysian price. rm23. -___________- i so very nearly came to tears. damnnit. i feel so damn sad.
that one is a bimbotic rant. i have had a not so good day. i am going to go hide under the comforter. (: night night. oh ya! i have my first birthday present. heehee. a pretty bracelet/anklet from carmen mama! wee!!~
