Finals suck. Period.

Had my Food, Ingredients and Basic Cooking Methods finals yesterday. I guess I have to start saving up on resit money right now. It's a confirmed fail, that one. Sigh.. ): I did sooo badly! I remembered the definitions of crustaceans and mollusks and they don't come up. They could have at least asked this :

Define Crustaceans or Define Mollusks. (10 marks)

Crustaceans : An invertebrate with a segmented body covered with exoskeleton and consists of a hard upper shell and soft lower shell.

Mollusks : An invertebrate with a soft unsegmented body enclosed in a bloody fucking shell.

Knnccb. They ask questions like 'Indicate the four procedures for blanching bones', or 'Give three basic principles incorporating the roux'.

Cibai. I must have read that principles and blanching thing at least FIVE
freaking times and I cannot, for the life of me, remember it! -_-*cursecursecurse*

Tomorrow, I have a French exam. Write a recipe in French! My lecturer hasn't been teaching much this semester and he wants to set such a hard question for finals!

*pulls hair* wish me luck. Sigh..
